Job Summary

A UX Designer will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. As the UX Designer, you will focus on creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience using various forms of digital and web media.

Responsibilities

• Distill requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into user flows, mock-ups, and web-app prototypes with cutting-edge interactions
• Develop intuitive, user-centered, and user-friendly interfaces from product requirements
• Articulate design intent to the product team and other stakeholders
• Collaborate within the design team to raise the quality bar and continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling
• Craft valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed
• Do branding design
• Create social media collaterals (Twitter, LinkedIn, PPT decks)
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in Product Design (including web applications/digital products)
• A great online portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design processes, and solutions for web and mobile applications
• Trained in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, User-Centered Design, or similar disciplines
• Master at Figma
